We certainly have had our fill of rain! But it's a tropical warm rain, so not so bad. And after the rain comes the rainbows! This morning was a beauty! And the pot of gold at the end of it just happens to be an island? Not bad!!!!
A great way to kill a morning of rain is playing a game! Uno happens to be today's game.

So the rain stopped and Rob, Kailey and I did a beach day at Trunk Bay. We had a great day!
Now isn't this the way to spend your day? A new towel, a new hat and a cold beer?
Kailey made a new friend! Sierra is from Medicine Hat, Alberta! They had an awesome time together playing and swimming the entire day!
Sierra and Kailey got along so well, like they had been friends for a long time. Might be the fact that they shared all the same interests...they exchanged emails so they could keep in touch!
So after the sun, came more rain! But for some reason warm rain on a beach just doesn't put a damper on the fun that a beach brings!
After the beach we went out for dinner and this Iguana (let's call him Fred) came around the eating patio. Okay, so when can you say you see Iguanas when out dining?
So our waitress gives Fred a marachino cherry! It's not a great picture but you get the idea!
See the cherry in Fred's mouth? Did you know that Iguana's do not have very good eye sight? But they can see Red!!! There, now you learned something today!!! 
Ending the day with a game of Monopoly.
.....and one tired little beach bum!
